About Jonathan Baer

Jonathan Baer is the CEO and co-founder of Overlap. Based in San Francisco, he builds AI agents that understand, edit, and distribute video. His experience includes Policy & Product at Meta and Streaming / DTC at The Walt Disney Company. Jonathan was part of Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch. He earned an MBA from Stanford GSB in 2023 and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
